As Technical Director, Andrew is responsible for the management of the Wellington office.
This involves the day to day management of our team of highly motivated fire and security specialists.
Andrew’s position requires him to develop and manage a highly professional team, to ensure all members of staff have a clear direction, delivering high levels of customer service.
Andrew is also responsible for the company meeting the requirements for the NSI, BAFE and QA system and ensuring that contracts are delivered on time.
As Engineering Director, Paul is responsible for all aspects of engineering, covering installation and commissioning and service delivery – as part of this responsibility he also reviews and evaluates new products and systems.
Additional duties include the management of our Quality System and ongoing compliance with the relevant British and International Standards.
Liaison with our Personnel, Health and Safety/Training Officers for the recruitment, development and training of our engineering personnel.
As our Service Manager, Robin is responsible for the delivery of service excellence. This includes the provision of planned, routine maintenance for contracted clients along with the provision of our corrective, emergency response to ensure that our clients systems remain fully operational at all times.
He is also responsible for the management of our team of highly skilled and dedicated service engineers and liaising with our clients to provide full technical support and assistance.
As our Systems Design Engineer, Adam is responsible for liaising with our larger clients, electrical contractors and facilities management companies for the design of complex and large fire and security system projects with the objective of ensuring the safety of a building and the occupants inside it.
His role involves designing, programming and providing technical support for fire and security systems, liaising with the project team on the amendments of drawings and preparing for installations; and performing site supervision of system installation.
