if you require mobile patrol services our parent company Securi-Guard have you covered

Mobile Patrol Services

Technology plays a key role in all aspects of security in our modern society, but another highly effective deterrent is the physical presence of Mobile Patrol Services.

At LogiScan Fire and Security we know that a full time security officer may not be an option for some businesses, but they still want to ensure assets are fully protected and their premises are secure, around the clock.

Using the services of our parent company Securi-Guard, their team of highly trained officers can give you that peace of mind – and whether its mobile patrol, key holding and alarm response and/or security guarding services be assured that all of theirSecurity Industry Authority (SIA) licensed Mobile Patrol Officers are fully vetted too.

Mobile Patrols Services are the ideal solution for:

How Mobile Patrol Services work:

  • we agree the specified route with you
  • the Mobile Patrol Officer arrives at the site in a liveried patrol vehicle, a visible deterrent in itself
  • the Officer carries out a pre-determined or random security patrol covering all the access-points, perimeters and areas necessary
  • small electronic clocking pads are located at key points on the patrol
  • as the Mobile Patrol Officer passes, he ‘swipes’ each pad with a hand-held electronic unit
  • this ensures all pre-agreed areas are checked and there is complete record of the timing of the patrol
  • each patrol is carried out on an unpredictable basis to thwart anyone who has eyes on the property as they won’t know the timing of the next patrol
  • signs are placed at strategic points on the perimeter warning that the property is protected by LogiScan, again making potential intruders think twice.

What if there’s an incident?

Communications Centre operators will know the exact location of all patrol vehicles at all times, as each patrol vehicle is equipped with a Global Positioning Satellite (GPS) monitoring system.

In the event of an incident, the Mobile Patrol Officer contacts the Communications Centre and the Duty Controller takes over and manages the situation – taking the necessary action.

Additional Services

The Mobile Patrol Officer/s can also carry out the following tasks:

  • weekly/monthly fire alarm tests
  • lock/unlock your business
  • set and unset you intruder alarm system if required
  • carry out random staff searches of personnel and/or vehicles leaving the site
  • 24/7 key holding and alarm response service
  • respond to lone worker alarm activation’s to check on the welfare of these employees.
